Welcome to The Waters and the Uptown Lofts on Bridge Street. The Westscott Loft is a very comfortable urban-style loft on the third floor of our Townsquare building. The Loft has a fully equipt kitchen 2 bedrooms with Queen Beds, 2 Bunk rooms with single twin bed in each bunk room, 2 full bathrooms. Central heat and air, washer/dryer, and 5 flat-screen smart TVs making it a wonderful place to spend a weekend a week, or a month. Relax by one of two swimming pools, play tennis on the lighted courts. The Victoria is a private space we live across the street and are available for whatever you need.
Guests can access the loft via the elevator adjacent to the covered parking spot or from the bottom floor entry into a staircase leading to the second floor. Both the entry door and the elevator require 6 stair steps to access. once you enter the foyer and select the door marked "B" you will use enter the Westscott loft through another flight of stairs.

We have one actively recording camera overlooking the building entry and driveway area which records video and audio.
The loft is part of a commercial/residential building with other residents who enjoy a quiet and peaceful living place. HOWEVER, as with any multi-tenant building, each loft in the building is surrounded by other residential lofts and all sitting on top of commercial spaces as with any building life you may hear neighbor movement and sounds and other noise from the commercial activity on the bottom floor.

Beautiful property for a fun, relaxing getaway! This property is even more beautiful than the listing. It is cozy and has such a fun layout. Clean and comfortable, with so many fun and functional. Daniel, the owner, was so easy to work with and very responsive throughout our stay. We had everything we needed for meal prep at the loft, and the businesses underneath are adorable. The loft is so close to one of the beautiful pools and lake, which was perfect for our 3 and 5 year old. It is an easy drive into Montgomery as well. We would definitely stay here again and 100% recommend this well maintained property.

This was the coolest property. The hidden room was the best! We really enjoyed our stay - it’s a beautiful neighborhood with really friendly people. The property is comfortable, clean, safe, with little extras throughout. We stayed here for Auburn’s Family weekend - it was a great location. The website is incorrect or else I just read it incorrectly - it’s more than 15 miles from Auburn. It was a 40-45 minute drive but we still loved staying here. We hope to be back soon!! Thanks for a great stay!

This was a great area surrounded by lake front properties and filled with a community of families who use golf carts to get around. Lots of water activities for the kids: the pool, the beach at the lake had volleyball court, and kayaks and canoes to paddle around in. The coffee shop downstairs was cute and convenient. The apartment was amazing. Very nice and modern with beautiful furnishings. (My wife wants to buy whatever the mattress was because it was so comfortable.) The kids loved the hidden closet bedroom and the bunk in the small room was an efficient use of the space. We felt very safe and it was a great experience - I wish would could’ve stayed longer. We will definitely stay here again on future trips when we can stay longer and enjoy the peace and relaxation of the area.
