What is the cancellation policy?
Our standard policy offers a full refund for cancellations made well in advance of check-in; the exact terms for your dates are shown clearly before you pay. If plans change, message us and we will do our best to find a replacement guest.
What are check-in and check-out times?
Check-in is from 3:00 PM and check-out is by 11:00 AM. Self check-in is via smart lock — we send your personal door code and simple directions the day before you arrive.
