Welcome to The Waters and the Uptown Lofts on Bridge Street. The Westscott Loft is a very comfortable urban-style loft on the third floor of our Townsquare building. The Loft has a fully equipt kitchen 2 bedrooms with Queen Beds, 2 Bunk rooms with single twin bed in each bunk room, 2 full bathrooms. Central heat and air, washer/dryer, and 5 flat-screen smart TVs making it a wonderful place to spend a weekend a week, or a month. The space
Relax by one of two swimming pools, play tennis on the lighted courts. The Victoria is a private space we live across the street and are available for whatever you need.
Guest access
Guests can access the loft via the elevator adjacent to the covered parking spot or from the bottom floor entry into a staircase leading to the second floor. Both the entry door and the elevator require 6 stair steps to access. once you enter the foyer and select the door marked "B" you will use enter the Westscott loft through another flight of stairs.

The booking can be cancelled up to 60 days prior to arrival date for full refund. The booking is NONREFUNDABLE if cancelled for any reason anytime within 59 days of arrival date
NO EVENTS, PARTIES, OR GATHERINGS OF ANY KIND OR FOR ANY REASON ALLOWED AT ALL!!
THE LOFT CAN ONLY BE USED BY REGISTERED GUESTS. CANNOT BE USED AS A STAGING OR PREP SPACE FOR EVENTS OR PARTIES
We have one actively recording camera overlooking the building entry and driveway area which records video and audio.
The loft is part of a commercial/residential building with other residents who enjoy a quiet and peaceful living place. HOWEVER, as with any multi-tenant building, each loft in the building is surrounded by other residential lofts and all sitting on top of commercial spaces as with any building life you may hear neighbor movement and sounds and other noise from the commercial activity on the bottom floor.
